GUWAHATI: Ten anti-BJP parties led by Congress have resolved to fight the approaching Lok Sabha polls from Assam as one united entrance with out the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF), the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Trinamool Congress (TMC).
“The undemocratic rule of BJP must end in 2024. The anti-BJP parties have a good support base in many areas of Assam and it will help the opposition candidates. Most of the 10 parties are not here for tickets,” Assam PCC president Bhupen Bora stated on Saturday.
