Guwahati: Assam authorities on Saturday suspended 4 state bureaucrats for their alleged involvement in monetary irregularities in utilization of MPLAD funds of Rajya Sabha member Ajit Bhuyan.
Government notifications stated that the CM’s Special Vigilance Cell discovered irregularities in execution of works below Bhuyan’s MPLAD funds which occurred throughout 2021-22 and 2022-23 when these 4 officers had been concerned in numerous capacities. tnn
